General questions and feedback

Ideas for new tools, questions about how something works, or a note that a tool saved your day are all welcome. Write to hello@pdfhomebase.com.

Report a problem

If a tool fails, produces a file that looks wrong, or doesn't work in your browser, email hello@pdfhomebase.com. It helps a lot if you include:

The tool you used and the page address
Your browser and device (for example Chrome on Android, or Safari on an iPhone)
What you expected to happen and what happened instead, including any error message
Roughly how large the file was and how many pages it had

Please don't send us your documents

Because every tool runs on your device, we never see the files you process, and we'd like to keep it that way. Please don't attach contracts, IDs or other personal documents to an email. If a problem only happens with one particular file, describe it first and we'll suggest a way to reproduce it with a sample that contains nothing private.
